A 2009 graduate of Laval University in Quebec, Laurie has always carried two strong interests in physiotherapy: rehabilitation and athletics. Over her career, she’s had the opportunity to cover various levels of sports, including hockey, football, soccer, rugby and volleyball. She even followed the Canadian national speed skating team for 2 years as a full-time physiotherapist.
In addition to athletics, she has a passion for rehabilitation, and spent 7 years treating patients suffering from chronic pain in a 2nd line clinic. Other fields of expertise include vestibular rehabilitation and temporomandibular joint issues. As far as continuing education goes, she invested in the manual therapy curriculum of the AQPMA, proudly succeeded, and has held her advanced diploma in manual therapy (FCAMPT) since 2021.
She’ll be happy to see you in the clinic for various musculoskeletal issues, as well as any vertigo/dizziness and jaw problems.
