Originally from Sherbrooke, Elizabeth has always had a keen interest in sports and health sciences. She completed her Master’s in physiotherapy at the University of Sherbrooke in 2012, where she’s also been a lecturer for several years.

In the clinic, she advocates a personalized approach and aims to ensure that her clients fully understand their ailments so they can take an active role in the recovery process. Her background as a college athlete and cross country runner helps her coach athletes of all levels. She’s passionate about the prevention and treatment of running injuries.
