Here are the changes made to Physio Atlas clinics in accordance with the directives of the Public Health Agency and the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec, and what you should know for your next visit at our clinic.

At the request of the Government, wearing a mask has been mandatory since July 18, 2020, from the moment you arrive at the clinic. If you don’t, you will not be able to receive your treatment.

In order to limit traffic and comply with social distancing, we ask you to respect the time of your appointment and not show up more than 5 minutes ahead of time.

We ask that you keep a reasonable distance between yourself and others on site at all times: while queueing outside, inside and at the office.

  • Please wash your hands when coming in. You can wash your hands in the bathroom in front of the elevator, or you can use the disinfectant gel available at the secretarial counter.
  • Then, the secretary will tell you where to sit.
  • Your physiotherapist will pick you up after disinfecting the treatment room.
  • Please hang your coat, sweater, or any other piece of clothing when entering the treatment room in the designated area.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We look forward to serving you!
